At MechMaxx, we stand behind the quality, durability, and performance of our heavy machinery, car lifts, and industrial equipment. This Limited Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request warranty service in compliance with United States warranty laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Limited Warranty Coverage

​

MechMaxx warrants that products sold under the MechMaxx brand are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal, intended, and industrial-grade operating conditions and maintained according to the product manual.

This warranty applies only to:

• Structural components

• Mechanical components

• Manufacturer-installed parts

Warranty Period

​

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Typical coverage periods (unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice):

• Car Lifts & Heavy Machinery (Structural Components): 12 months

• Hydraulic, Mechanical & Moving Parts: 6 months

• Electrical Components, Motors, Switches & Power Units: 3 months

• Accessories & Wear Parts: 3 months

Warranty duration may vary by product. The exact coverage period is listed on the product page or official invoice and shall prevail in case of conflict.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

​

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including cables, hoses, seals, pads, rollers, belts, chains, rubber parts)

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

• Improper installation, incorrect voltage, inadequate foundation, or failure to follow installation instructions

• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

• Improper or insufficient maintenance

• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality (scratches, dents, paint finish)

• Damage caused by environmental conditions, corrosion, flooding, fire, or acts of God

• Commercial downtime, loss of income, or loss of business

• Labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, or reinstallation costs

Installation & Usage Requirements

​

To maintain warranty eligibility:

• Installation must comply with the product manual and applicable safety standards

• Electrical connections must meet local and national electrical codes

• The equipment must be used strictly within rated capacity limits

• Routine maintenance must be performed as specified in the user manual

Failure to meet these requirements may void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Order number or proof of purchase

2. Model and serial number

3. Detailed description of the issue

4. Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect

Our technical team will review the claim and may request additional documentation or troubleshooting steps before approval.

Remedies

​

If a warranty claim is approved, MechMaxx will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product or component

• Replace the defective part or product with a new or refurbished equivalent

• Provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Shipping & Inspection

​

• Customers may be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with warranty claims

• Defective parts may be required to be returned for inspection

• MechMaxx is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping

Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, MechMaxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

​

Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this Limited Warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Transferability

​

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Governing Law

​

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the product is sold, without regard to conflict of law principles.
